All items purchased for install, resale or for any other reason are purchased solely at the buyers risk. ARCA's "In-House" Warranty is limited to the cost or replacement of the item in question in the event that the item does not work properly. ARCA does not offer compensation for any damage, injury or death in the event of misuse or improper installation of the sold item. It is the buyers responsibility to test any item purchased from ARCA before install or use. ARCA accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or death caused directly or indirectly by an item we sell. ARCA does not make claims on behalf of the safety implications associated with any item ARCA sells. It is the buyers responsibility to properly ensure the safety of any item ARCA sells before install or use.
Any engagement with ARCA including, but not limited to; purchase, sale, consignment or transfer of property certifies that you have read, and agree to, our disclaimer.
We offer full circle customer service including warranties, returns, repairs, guarantees, and delivery. This is of no responsibility to the client. ARCA takes care of it all.
ARCA's "In-House" 1 Year Performance Warranty
All items for sale in the following conditions are backed by a 1-year performance warranty; New, New Other, Pull Out and Refurbished items. Our guarantee states that Items deemed faulty(don’t work), stop working, do not perform as they should, or fail any test will be met with an equal replacement or a full refund anytime within 365 days of the delivery date. Testing reports may be required to be provided to ARCA in order to initiate a warranty claim with ARCA.
Any items that are sold as Used 1, 2 or 3, Broken, or for Parts do not carry our "In-House" 1-year warranty. Items in these conditions are sold as is and purchased at buyers risk. We will provide any testing reports if available, upon request.

Our 100% Satisfaction guarantee states; any item sold by ARCA that arrives broken(unless sold that way), arrives not as described during the time of sale, or is incorrect in any way may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Our 100% customer satisfaction policy allows us to do things such as replace, service, partially or fully refund when management deems it appropriate. We strive for the 100% satisfaction of our loyal customers and will do anything in our power to keep you happy within reasonable terms.

ARCA RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as shipped
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds or partial refunds are granted or not granted. Shipping refunds are included. We reserve the right to refund instead of exchange.
Reasons approved for refund or exchange
- The reason for refund is our fault. Incorrect item, damage not described at the time of sale, incorrect quantity, described incorrectly at time of sale or late or incorrect shipping.
- Your item falls under our 1 Year "In-House" Warranty Policy. Read our Policy here.
- Your item falls under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and written approval is given by a manager. Read our Policy here.
Reasons not approved for a refund, exchange or shipping refund.
- Any item not returned in its original condition at the time of sale is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- You ordered the wrong part and want to exchange the item.
- If the error resulting in exchange or refund was not our fault, you will not be credited original shipping charges.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
ARCA will always use the most cost-effective and safest method to ship your items. We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Freight Brokers to achieve this. We add adequate insurance to every package to help ensure refunds to both parties if need be.
ARCA offers combined shipping on multiple items ordered and will invoice accordingly.
ARCA allows parties to arrange their own shipping of freight with the written approval of a manager beforehand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless the reason for return or exchange is our fault(see above). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return or exchange is our fault(see above). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund(see above)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In accordance with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, ARCA promises to work with you, carriers, and e-commerce facilitators on your behalf to locate and gather insurance funds for lost or missing items.
However, by purchasing from ARCA, you agree that this is ultimately your responsibility as stated in major carrier and e-commerce facilitator policies. ARCA will not offer refunds when carriers are deemed at fault for the loss.
This only holds true when ARCA fulfills any and all demands made by carriers or e-commerce facilitators. If the item is lost by our fault, ARCA will uphold its policies(see above).
In accordance with ARCA's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you will always have the chance to talk to or communicate with a live human being. You will always be addressed appropriately, with dignity, manners and the truth at all times.
